NOTES TO ENTRANTS:
All entries must be entered online via website or on the appropriate entry form accompanied by the entry fees to the Show office by 4pm Friday 9th October 2026 prior to the show.
Entry cards must be attached to the photographs (Section & Class to be visible when displayed) when benching them by 6.00pm Wednesday evening 15th October
ALL ENTRIES must be marked on the back with the entrant's name, class and exhibit number eg: M Grey, Class 1, No 1. Previous show entries not eligible.
THE COMPETITION IS OPEN TO AMATEUR PHOTOGRAPHERS ONLY.
There are no separate classes for colour prints or black & white prints.
There is a maximum of 4 (four) entries per class per entrant.
All prints to be lightly mounted (NOT FRAMED) on Black Cardstock. (See sample opposite.) Print size Class 1 - MAXIMUM of 15cm x 20cm (max mount size 17cm x 22cm)
Print size Class 2-11 - MAXIMUM of 10cm x 15cm (max mount size 12cm x 17cm)
PHOTOS or MOUNT SIZES EXCEEDING MAX SIZE MAY BE ELIMINATED FROM THE COMPETITION.
Class 1- 9, 11 -13 - Photos are NOT to be digitally or computer enhanced.
Place your photos in a folder for benching.
