Food Trade Sites

Please submit your Expression of Interest by applying for Food Trade Site. Ensure you indicate # of meters next to product. All Applications will be reviewed by the Committee on the 6th of May, and you will be notified the week after. If you are successful, an invoice will be forwarded on notification. We are aware of the current situation with fuel and have a cancellation policy with full refund if cancelled prior to 1st September 2026. With this in mind, we strongly encourage you to apply to be considered as a food vendor. FOOD - sold per metre frontage and all sites 6m deep *Please note No matter how many metres you buy, the maximum passes you will receive as part of your purchase is 4 passes for a non-fundraising site and 3 passes for a fundraising site. **Extra passes can be purchased at $30/pass
